Timing is important and many things are needed to complete a successful wind energy project.
The following checklist will help get you started toward that goal. Most everything you'll need is listed. Remeber, every project has its own unique set of needs.

Securing a contractual agreement with MWF early in the process helps to:
• expedite the project in a timely manner by ensuring that capital and resources are available
• facilitate negotiations for power purchase agreements
• give more credibility to your project in terms of interconnection grants and loan guarantees.
