Welcome to Midwest Wind Finance. We're a company with a well established history specializing in financial programs for renewable energy projects. Midwest Wind Finance grew out of over 20 years experience in financing and leasing equipment for rural communities.
We finance projects of all sizes but our core expertise is financing "community wind" projects in the $2 million to $45 million range. We specialize in arranging for the placement of Production Tax Credit (PTC) equity financing along with conventional financing. We place a priority on keeping money in local communities.
Our community focus and our very landowner friendly financing model has attracted dozens of projects from all over the country to our company. Currently we have agreements in place for over $500 million in wind project financing.
